GUYOKAI

Guyokai is the musical project of Jordan Cable-Murray, a self-produced artist based in Ohio.The project started in 2018 as an outlet for experimental electronic music, building on years of prior releases under aliases including Furik (2004–2013), Yung Old, and Cajole Brand. Those early years delivered glitch-heavy, atmospheric records like T R O L L, 1996, and Operating System Sounds, often soaked in 90s/00s nostalgia and computer-themed aesthetics. Many of those tracks have since been re-recorded or re-imagined.

In 2025, the project was reborn as a focused R&B/trap-soul vehicle. Retaining the core nostalgic DNA while adding deeper soulful melodies, trap beats, and heartfelt lyrics, the new sound feels both familiar and fresh. The visual side continues to draw from early internet culture and cosmic imagery.The refreshed era began with I (October 29, 2025) and continued with II (March 27, 2026) — two cohesive, immersive albums now streaming everywhere.
